Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their order. Please inspect your item when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong.

We accept return/refund requests for items that arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, wrong colour chosen, wrong size chosen, or if you no longer want the item. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items are generally considered final for change-of-mind returns.

However, if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or not as described, you may still be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. “Final sale” does not remove your consumer guarantee rights. The ACCC specifically warns businesses not to use blanket “no refunds” wording that denies rights for faulty goods.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Our products are sourced from selected global manufacturing and fulfilment partners. We focus on gothic jewellery, alt handbags, and statement accessories that match the Saint Noire style.

As we work with international suppliers, some items may ship directly from overseas fulfilment locations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or order-value shipping discounts.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges depending on their country.
