Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

As we work with global fulfilment partners, some items may be shipped directly from our supplier or warehouse partner.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Australia: 8–20 business days
New Zealand: 8–20 business days
United States: 8–25 business days
United Kingdom: 8–25 business days
Canada: 8–30 business days
Europe: 8–30 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or peak shopping periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately if they are shipped from different fulfilment locations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your item when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer laws. For Australian customers, products are covered by consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, meaning you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

We generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, colour preference, or if you no longer want the item. Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are generally not required to provide a refund where a customer simply changes their mind. However, Contact us and we may choose to refund you on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

Items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
Items with missing tags, packaging, or accessories
Jewellery or earrings worn for hygiene reasons, unless faulty
Items returned without approval first

Return Shipping

For approved faulty item returns, we will provide instructions on the return process. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

For non-fault related returns that we approve at our discretion, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
